1. Product Introduction

BH802, a versatile and ultra soft film, is a new type of multifunctional solid softener. The molecular structure is unique, and compared to conventional softeners, it has a softer, fluffy, smoother, and more elastic feel, giving textiles higher added value.

3. Application characteristics

Acid resistant, hard water resistant, and electrolyte resistant.

 Compatible with cationic and non-ionic additives, lotion is stable and does not delaminate.

High temperature drying has minimal yellowing and has little impact on the color of the dye.

Even in low usage, it can still give the fabric a very soft feel. Suitable for soft finishing of various types of fibers and their blends, including yarns, fabrics, socks, clothing, sweaters, etc.

The softness effect is best when the pH value of the working fluid is between 4.5 and 5.0.

4. Dissolution method

The film BH802 is slowly sprinkled into cold water at the weight ratio of 6~8%, and stirred for about 15~40min until it is completely dissolved into a uniform lotion. After the lotion is made, filter it for use.

5. Reference application process

1. Immersion rolling method

Dosage: 6-8% BH802 lotion 10~100 g/L

Temperature: 30-50 ℃

Immersion and rolling method: one immersion and one rolling or two immersion and two rolling

2. Immersion method

Dosage: 6-8% BH802 lotion 2-10% (o.w.f)

Temperature: 30-50 ℃

Time: 15-20 minutes

6. Packaging and storage in 25kg bags. Store in a cool and dry warehouse, not under heavy pressure to prevent clumping. The storage period is one year.
