Acid enzyme water BH8802 is a high concentration genetically modified cellulase. It is a stable liquid enzyme preparation that can be used for washing and processing of denim clothing, as well as for biopolishing and finishing of other cellulose fabrics.

Can provide fermentation grinding, de fuzzing, surface polishing, and softening effects for different cellulose fabrics and finished garments.

Compared with traditional acidic cellulase, its back has a lower sticky color; White yarn has a higher contrast with blue yarn, and is not sensitive to high temperatures. It can be used in the range of 40 ℃ to 65 ℃.

Compared with traditional acidic cellulase, acidic enzyme water K8802 has a unique finishing appearance.

Using less pumice in the denim washing process can reduce wear and tear on fabrics and equipment, alleviate the burden of fine particle processing of pumice, and increase the finished garment quantity during each processing.

4. Reference process

The fabric before fermentation washing must undergo complete desizing treatment.

Non ionic surfactants or non ionic/anionic wetting agents help to enhance enzyme function. However, regardless of the type of surfactant used with enzymes, the compatibility of the additives must be checked to determine their impact on enzyme function and stability.

1. Process conditions

Enzyme dosage is between 0.2% and 2.0% (O.W.f) depending on the structure of the fabric and the style of the garment

Temperature: 55~65 ℃

PH value -4.5 to 5.0

Bath ratio: 1:5 to 1:15

Processing time: 15 minutes to 45 minutes (depending on the effect)

2. Precautions for use

To achieve satisfactory desizing effect, it depends on correct and complete desizing treatment.

Once the desired washing effect is achieved, all cellulases should be inactivated. Incomplete inactivation can lead to excessive exposure of finished garments or fabrics to active cellulases, causing unnecessary strength damage.

Deactivation method: Keep the working solution for 15 minutes under conditions where the pH value is greater than 9.0 or the temperature is greater than 80 ℃; The pH can be adjusted using pure alkali or sodium borate.
