1. Product Introduction

BH805 fluffy film is a cold soluble cationic multifunctional softener. Has a very soft, fluffy, and smooth feel. Suitable for soft and fluffy finishing of various textiles.

2. Physical and chemical properties

Appearance: Light yellow flakes

Ionicity: quaternary amine cation

PH value: approximately 7

Solubility: easily soluble in cold water

Compatibility: Compatible with conventional non-ionic and cationic additives

3. Application characteristics

Acid and electrolyte resistant. The lotion is stable, does not layer, does not float oil, and does not produce wax spots.

Compared to conventional softeners, it has a softer, fluffy, and smoother feel.

Yellow turns lower, but use with caution on light colored fabrics and bleached fabrics.

Convenient dissolution, no need for heating, saving energy.

4. Dissolution method

Slowly add fluffy BH805 flakes in a 8-10% weight ratio to a water filled mixer while stirring. After adding the flakes, maintain stirring for 3-5 minutes to disperse evenly. Then soak for 1-2 hours and continue stirring until completely dissolved. When the water temperature is low in winter, it should be heated appropriately to extend the soaking time.

5. Reference application process

1. Immersion rolling method

Dosage: 10% lotion 10-80 g/L

Temperature: 30-50 ℃

Immersion and rolling method: one immersion and one rolling or two immersion and two rolling

2. Immersion method

Dosage: 10% lotion 2-10% (o.w.f)

Temperature: 30-50 ℃

Time: 10-20 minutes

6. Packaging and storage

Pack in 25kg bags. Store in a cool and dry warehouse, not under heavy pressure to prevent clumping. The storage period is one year.
