1. Product Introduction

Soft oil essence BH8202 is a cationic multifunctional liquid softener. Has a very soft, fluffy, and smooth feel. Suitable for soft finishing of various fibers and their blended products.

2. Physical and chemical properties

Appearance: Light yellow viscous liquid

Ionicity - Quaternary ammonium cation

PH value -5.0~6.0

Solubility - easily soluble in cold water

3. Application characteristics

Acid and electrolyte resistant. The lotion is stable, does not layer, does not float oil, and does not produce wax spots.

Compared to conventional softeners, it has a softer, fluffy, and smoother feel.

Yellow turns lower, but use with caution on light colored fabrics and bleached fabrics.

When the pH value of the working fluid is between 4.5 and 5.0, the softening effect is relatively good.

4. Reference application process

1. Immersion rolling method

Dosage: Soft oil essence BH8202 10~80 g/L

Temperature: 30-50 ℃

Immersion and rolling method: one immersion and one rolling or two immersion and two rolling

2. Immersion method

Dosage: Soft oil BH8202 2-10% (o.w.f)

Temperature: 30-50 ℃

Time: 15-20 minutes

5. Packaging and storage in 120kg plastic drums. Store in a cool and dry warehouse for one year.
