[Application Scope]

Smooth brightener BH8101 is specifically designed as a smoothing agent for fabrics such as cotton, mercerized yarns, and finished garments. It can give fabrics a smooth, fluffy, ultra soft, shiny, and delicate feel. Suitable for fabrics with high requirements for softness and brightness.

[Reference process]

1. Immersion method 2, immersion rolling method

2-5% of the dry weight of the brightener fabric; Brightener 10-20 g/L

The temperature is around 40 ℃, and the rolling yield is 70-80%

Time 20-30 minutes, bath temperature around 40 ℃

PH 4.5-6.5

[Precautions ]

1. The residual alkali and instability of textiles, as well as the pH value in water, can affect the finishing effect, and cleaning before finishing is necessary.

2. Although the brightener lotion is compatible with most cationic and non-ionic additives, for the sake of safety, its compatibility must be tested before mixing. The stability of lotion will also be negatively affected under extreme conditions.
