2. Application characteristics

Enzyme powder enzyme BH8806 can be used in the temperature range of 30 ℃ to 50 ℃. The optimal temperature is 40 ℃~45 ℃, which is significantly lower than the usage temperature of other types of cellulose, and can save energy consumption required for processing.

The processing time required for enzyme BH8806 is shorter than that of ordinary cellulases. A shorter processing cycle is beneficial for saving time, energy consumption, and increasing yield, reducing wear and tear on fabrics and equipment.

4. Reference application process

Desizing: It is necessary to fully remove the sizing material from the fabric. And ensure that the fabric is neutral, which is a necessary condition for ensuring good fermentation and washing effect.

PH value: The enzyme BH8806 can be used within the pH range of 4.5 to 7.0. The optimal pH value is 5.5~6.5.

Temperature: The temperature range used for enzyme BH8806 is 30-50 ℃, with an optimal temperature range of 40-45 ℃.

Dosage: The recommended dosage for processing denim ready to wear is 0.4~3.0% (o.w.f)

5. Precautions for use

1. Before fermenting and grinding clothes, they should be completely desized.

Once the desired fermentation effect is achieved, residual cellulase needs to be inactivated to avoid unnecessary strength loss. The enzyme BH8806 can be inactivated by any of the following methods:

Maintain the working fluid pH>9 and temperature>60 ℃ for 15 minutes, and adjust the pH using pure alkali or borax powder.

Treat finished clothing with chlorinated bleach.

Add sufficient alkaline detergent to maintain the working solution pH>9 and temperature>60 ℃ for more than 15 minutes.

3. Different enzyme dosages will have different grinding effects. Users should determine the enzyme dosage through trial production based on the actual situation.

4. Avoid inhaling enzyme dust. If accidentally inhaled, drink plenty of water to resolve the issue. Once in contact with skin or eyes, rinse immediately with water for at least 15 minutes.
