1. Enzyme powder H8808 can be used within a temperature range of 30°C to 50°C. The optimal temperature is 40°C to 45°C, which is significantly lower than the operating temperatures of other types of cellulase enzymes, thereby reducing the energy consumption required for processing.

[Reference Application Process]
Desizing: The sizing agent must be thoroughly removed from the fabric. Ensure the fabric surface is neutral. This is essential for achieving optimal enzymatic washing results.
pH: Enzyme powder H8808 can be used within a pH range of 4.5–7.0. The optimal pH range is 5.5–6.5.
Temperature: The operating temperature range for Enzyme powder H8808 is 30–50°C. The optimal temperature range is 40–45°C.
Dosage: The recommended dosage for treating denim garments is 0.4–3.0% (o.w.f.).
[Precautions]
1. Garments must be completely desized before undergoing enzymatic scouring.
2. Once the desired scouring effect is achieved, remaining cellulase must be inactivated to prevent unnecessary loss of strength. Enzyme powder H8808 can be inactivated using any of the following methods:
Maintain a working solution pH > 9 and temperature > 60°C for 15 minutes; adjust the pH using sodium carbonate or borax powder.
Treat the garments with chlorine bleach.
Add a sufficient amount of alkaline detergent to ensure the working solution pH > 9 and temperature > 60°C for at least 15 minutes.
3. Different enzyme dosages will yield different enzymatic effects. Users should determine the appropriate enzyme dosage through test runs based on actual conditions.
4. Avoid inhaling enzyme dust. If inhaled accidentally, drink plenty of water. If it comes into contact with the skin or eyes, rinse immediately with clean water for at least 15 minutes.
[Packaging, Storage, and Transportation]
1. Packaging: Packaged in plastic drums, net weight 120 kg per drum.
2. Storage: Store in a cool, well-ventilated area in a sealed container. Shelf life: 12 months.
