Deoxygenase H8807 is a product derived from genetically modified fungal fermentation. It thoroughly decomposes hydrogen peroxide into oxygen and water without reacting with dyes or adversely affecting fiber strength.

Wide operating temperature range: Excellent deoxygenation performance is maintained between 20 and 55°C;

Wide pH operating range: Excellent deoxygenation performance is maintained between pH 5 and 8;

[Scope of Application]

Removes residual hydrogen peroxide from fabrics after oxygen bleaching.

[Instructions for Use]

1) Recommended dosage: 0.1–0.4 g/L

2) Application example: Immersion method for deoxygenation process flow and formulation

Process Flow:

Alkali-oxygen single-bath boiling and bleaching → Water washing and neutralization → Addition of hydrogen peroxide enzyme (use hydrogen peroxide test strips to verify that the hydrogen peroxide has completely decomposed) → (No need to drain the solution) Dyeing

Process Formulation:

Deoxygenase H8807 0.1 ~ 0.4 g/L

pH 5 ~ 8

Treat at 20 ~ 55°C for 15 ~ 20 min

Precautions:

Enzymes are biological proteins that denature and lose their activity at high temperatures; therefore, care must be taken regarding storage temperature. They should be stored in a cool warehouse at temperatures below 25°C. Avoid prolonged exposure to environments above 30°C to prevent a decrease in activity.

1. Packaging: Packaged in plastic drums, net weight 30 kg per drum.

2. Storage: Store in a cool, well-ventilated area in a sealed container. Shelf life: 12 months.

3. Transportation: This product is classified as non-hazardous for transportation.
