This product is a granular enzyme developed independently by our company for use in denim washing processes. It delivers excellent performance at low temperatures. Compared to similar products, Enzyme powder H8805 offers significant advantages in low-temperature applications.

Designed for enzymatic washing and enzymatic sanding processes in denim production, it can be used at low temperatures, thereby reducing costs.

[Product Features]

1. Wide operating temperature range: suitable for use between 20–60°C, with an optimal temperature of 20–40°C.

2. Designed for the distressing finish of denim garments, this product features rapid color development, clear speckles, a strong three-dimensional effect, and minimal color transfer. Treated fabrics exhibit a distinct contrast between blue and white, along with long-lasting resistance to pilling.

3. Causes minimal damage to fabric strength.

Equipment: Industrial washing machine

Recommended dosage: 0.1–0.3% (owf)

Bath ratio: 1:8–1:10

Treatment time: 10–30 minutes

Treatment temperature: 20–60°C

[Packaging, Storage, and Transportation]

1. Packaging: 40 kg per drum (paper drum packaging).

2. Storage: Store in a cool, well-ventilated area. Keep tightly sealed. Shelf life: 12 months.
