[Emulsion Technology 3:1emulsion]

Add crude oil and emulsifiers to the emulsification tank (equipped with a scraper device and a high-speed shear machine). Mix for 20 minutes. Gradually add small amounts of water, about 10 kg at a time, in intervals. Ensure that each addition of water is fully dispersed within the emulsification system before proceeding to the next addition. After adding two water additions, add approximately 5 kg of glacial acetic acid and mix for 20 minutes. Continue until the emulsification system becomes thin and has good fluidity. Once the emulsification is complete, use a high-speed shear machine to shear for about 15 minutes to ensure uniform particle size, but do not shear for too long to avoid disrupting the emulsification system. Notice:  1. Before the emulsion system becomes diluted, water must be added slowly, ensuring that the added water is fully dispersed before adding the next portion of water; otherwise, a granular, unevenly dispersed phenomenon may occur.

2. After emulsification and water phase transition, approximately 10 kg of from the discharge valve and then re-introduced into the emulsification reactor to prevent any residual crude oil from remaining at the discharge valve, which could cause oil floating in the emulsified system.

3. The emulsion packaging should be used up as soon as possible after opening. After unpacking, please reseal the packing.  
[Storage and Package]
150kg plastic drum or 200kg steel drum. Stored in a cool and dry warehouse, with a storage period of one year.

Store in the original sealed container at a temperature range of 2℃ to 30℃. The standard shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture. Please refer to the storage instructions and expiration date on the packaging. After this date, the product’s compliance with sales standards will no longer be guaranteed.
