[Performance and Features]

1. This product is an oil-based substance. It can be emulsified under specific conditions using our company’s compatible emulsifier to form a transparent liquid with a slight bluish tint, which is then used for fabric processing.

2. Treating fabrics with the emulsified product imparts excellent softness, body, and loft, as well as good drape and wrinkle recovery.

3. When emulsifying this product or using the emulsified product, the containers must be clean; otherwise, undesirable results may occur.

[Scope of Application]

Suitable for all types of fibers, particularly for the finishing of 100% cotton, polyester/cotton, and wool fabrics.

[Emulsification Process]

Raw material, emulsifier → Stir at low speed for 20 minutes → Add the first portion of water and stir for 10 minutes → Add the first portion of HAC → Stir for 10 minutes → Add the second portion of water and stir for 20 minutes → Add the remaining water → Add the second portion of HAC → Stir until a fluorescent blue, transparent liquid is formed

[Storage and Package]
120kg plastic drum or 200kg drum. Stored in a cool and dry warehouse, with a storage period of one year.
