[Features and speciality]

1. The fluffy block coploymer silicone oil crude oil H8005 is a top class product developed using imported raw materials. It can significantly enhance the softness, smoothness, and fluffiness of various synthetic fiber fabrics. It is suitable for processing fabrics such as corduroy, anti-pill fabric, and plain cloth. One step completes the process, resulting in fabrics with excellent smoothness, softness, and elasticity. The ternary copolymer silicone oil possesses excellent smoothness, feels dry and non-greasy, enhances fabric elasticity, improves fabric fluffiness, and increases fabric tear strength. It does not contain APEO, is heat-resistant, does not yellow, does not stick to rollers, and does not float oil.

● 2. This product has good thermal stability, excellent resistance to acids and alkalis, and good resistance to hard water. It can be processed together with fabric dyeing in a single bath, saving time and labor and reducing costs.   

3. High softness, high fluffiness, no yellowing, can be reworked and re-dyed, good hydrophilicity. Wide application range, suitable for various types of fabric materials.

[Applicable scope]:

The Block coploymer silicone oil crude oil H8005 is primarily used for enhancing the texture of various chemical fibers and their fabrics, as well as for hydrophilic finishing. It also exhibits some effectiveness on fabrics composed of other materials.

[Storage and Package]
120kg plastic drum or 200kg drum. Stored in a cool and dry warehouse, with a storage period of one year.

Store in the original sealed container under conditions of 2℃ to 30℃. The standard shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture. Please refer to the storage instructions and expiration date indicated on the packaging. After this date, it will no longer ensure  the product meet the sales index.
