Smooth bight silicone oil H8009 is a kind of dual-amino silicone oil, which is mainly used as a compound lotion for textiles finishing.

The structure of the smooth bright silicone oil H8009 has been specifically optimized to provide exceptional softness while minimizing the yellowing that can occur as a result of achieving this level of feel.

Smooth bright silicone oil H8009 is very easy to be emulsified into huge emulsion or micro lotion for fabric softening and lubrication. Using fatty alcohol ethoxy compound as emulsifier, lotion can be easily made.

Amino silicone oil H8002: 20g

HAC: 0.32g

Surfactant: 8g

Deionized water: 71.68g
Process flow:

Mix amino silicone oil H8002, glacial acetic acid, and surfactant together, and gradually add water while stirring until all water is added.

When used, it can be used for dipping or dyeing, and a silicon content of 0.3% to 1% can endow the fabric with the following properties:

● A very smooth, soft, and full tactile sensation;

● Excellent lubrication performance (sewing thread or fiber)Very good drape;

● Low yellowing;

● Increase the elasticity and wrinkle recovery force of the fabric after washing;

[Storage and Package]
120kg plastic drum or 200kg drum. Stored in a cool and dry warehouse, with a storage period of one year.

Store in the original sealed container at a temperature range of 2℃ to 30℃. The standard shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture.
