[Product Features]

1. A non-silicone raising agent, suitable for use after dyeing in a dye vat; produces low foam;

2. Possesses excellent raising properties; treated fabrics are fluffy and easy to raise, producing fine, dense, and uniform fibers;

3. Possesses excellent hydrophilic properties without affecting the fabric’s inherent hydrophilicity;

4. Provides anti-yellowing and anti-ozone properties, with low impact on fabric color tone and whiteness;

5. Offers anti-fiber breakage and anti-static properties.

[Recommended Dosage]

Dosage depends on the type of fiber and required standards. General dosage:

1. Polyester filament fabrics (T microfiber, T raw silk, T plush): approximately 2–3% (O.W.F),

2. Polyester staple fiber or blended fabrics: T/C, T/R jacquard fabrics, approximately 1.5–2% (O.W.F),

CVC jacquard fabrics, approximately 3.5% (O.W.F), 100% cotton, approximately 5% (O.W.F),

Room temperature 30–45°C × 15–20 minutes;

[Scope of Application]

Used for raising and finishing fabrics such as polyester filament and staple fibers, their blended fabrics, all-cotton fabrics, and CVC fabrics.

[Packaging and Storage]

Packaged in 120 kg plastic drums. Store in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight. Shelf life: 6 months at room temperature.

[Precautions]

1. This product is an environmentally friendly liquid additive (non-flammable, non-explosive, non-toxic, and non-hazardous). During production, avoid contact with the mouth, nose, and eyes. If accidentally splashed, rinse immediately with clean water;

2. When using this product in combination with other auxiliaries, verify their compatibility and stability beforehand.
