[Performance and Features]

1.  Water-proofing agent H8911 is a general and washing-resistant water-proofing agent used for fabrics, textiles, and non-woven fabrics.

2. This product is suitable for various chemical fiber and natural fiber fabrics. It offers excellent water-proofing performance, and when used in combination with a cross-linking agent, it provides even better washing durability.

3. This product has excellent stability and good processing temperature properties, and does not easily cause roller sticking.

4. This product does not affect the hand feel of the treated fabric. It has less impact on textiles than conventional fluorine-free water-proofing agents and can improve hand creasing.

5. This product offers excellent water-proofing performance. As a polyurethane-based water-proofing agent, it performs better than conventional acrylic-based water-proofing agents, with more obvious water-bead bouncing effect.

6. When used for coating shoe materials, this product provides anti-siphoning properties.

7. This product is a fluorine-free, eco-friendly fabric water-proofing agent that does not contain APEO-type emulsifiers.

[Instructions for Use]

1. General water-proofing finishing:

Water-proofing agent H8911: 20–40 g/L

Moisture content: 30–80%

Temperature: 160–180°C, 1–3 minutes; one dip, one roll, then dry and set.

Working solution pH: preferably controlled between 5 and 7.

2. High washing-resistant water-proofing finishing:

 Water-proofing agent H8911: 40–80 g/L

Crosslinking agent: 10–20 g/L

Moisture content: 30–80%

Temperature: 160–180°C, 1–3 minutes; one dip, one roll, then dry and set.

Working solution pH: Preferably controlled between 5 and 7.

[Packaging, Storage, and Transportation]

1. Packaging: Packaged in plastic drums, net weight 120 kg per drum.

2. Storage: Store in a cool, well-ventilated area in a sealed container. Shelf life: 12 months.

3. Transportation: This product is classified as non-hazardous for transportation.
