Softener flakes H801 is a fatty amide compound, suitable for softening treatments on various textiles such as denim, woolen sweaters, and towels, providing a soft and fluffy effect.

[Dispersion Method]

Cold Water Dispersion: Under slow stirring, add 5–10% of the soft flakes to water at room temperature (25–30°C). Stir for 3–5 minutes to ensure the flakes are fully dispersed in the water. Let them soak for 1–2 hours, then stir until a uniform slurry forms. Store for later use.

Warm Water Dispersion: Under slow stirring, add 5–10% of the soft flakes to water at room temperature. Stir for 3–5 minutes, then gradually heat to approximately 50–60°C. Continue stirring for 30–60 minutes until a uniform slurry forms. Let it cool and prepare for use.

[Recommended Dosage](Based on a 10% slurry)

Padding method: 10–30 g/L. Temperature: 30–40°C; one-dip-one-pad or two-dip-two-pad

Impregnation method: 2.0–5.0% (o.w.f.). Temperature: 40–50°C. Bath ratio: 1:10–15, 20–30 minutes

[Packaging, Storage, and Transportation]

1. Packaging: Packaged in woven plastic bags, net weight 25 kg per bag.

2. Storage: Store in a cool, well-ventilated area in a sealed container. Shelf life: 12 months.

3. Transportation: This product is classified as non-hazardous for transportation.
