[Application Features]

★ Suitable for softening treatments of cellulose fibers and their blended fabrics, imparting a soft, fluffy hand feel;

★ Nonoionic properties, offering good compatibility with other commonly used textile auxiliaries;

★ No yellowing or color change, suitable for fabrics with strict requirements for color tone and whiteness;

★ Extremely low phenolic yellowing, achieving a rating of 4–5;

★ Excellent hydrophilicity;

★When used in the softening process for cone yarns, textiles with insufficient washing, high dye residue, or excessive floating dye, it effectively reduces defects such as uneven dyeing and color spots;

★Free of AEEA fatty acid condensates, compliant with international environmental standards and requirements for the textile industry;

★Suitable for dip-dyeing and pad-dry processing.

[Recommended Applications]

Product Dilution:

Softener Beads H810 cannot be used directly. They must first be diluted to a concentration of 5–10%. (Excessively high concentrations will cause the viscosity of the diluted solution to rise sharply, thereby affecting its further dilution properties.)

Recommended dilution procedure:

Add the required amount of deionized water to a container. With moderate stirring, add Softener beads H810. Heating to 70-80°C, continue stirring at moderate speed while maintaining the temperature until the Softener beads H810 are fully dispersed and the diluted solution is uniform and free of particles. Then, continue stirring at low speed until the temperature of the diluted solution drops to room temperature. Filtering, bottling, or using directly.

Product Applications:

When treating textiles with Softener Beads H810, the generally recommended dosage is as follows:

Dipping process: 3.0–10.0% o.w.f. (based on a 5% solution)

Padding Process: 10.0–100.0 g/l (based on a 5% solution)

The actual dosage may be appropriately increased or decreased for special fabrics or specific processing requirements.

1. Packaging: Packed in woven plastic bags, net weight 25 kg per bag.

2. Storage: Store in a cool, well-ventilated area in a sealed container. Shelf life: 12 months.

3. Transportation: This product is classified as non-hazardous for transportation.
