Softener flakes H802 is a new multifunctional solid softener. Its molecular structure is unique. Compared to conventional softeners, it provides a much softer, fluffier, smoother, and more elastic hand feel, enhancing the added value of textiles.

[Physical and Chemical Properties]

Appearance: White flakes
Ionic Type: Cationic
pH Value: 5.0–6.0 (10% solution)
Solubility: Soluble in cold water

 [Application Characteristics]

· Resistant to acids, hard water, and electrolytes

· Compatible with cationic and nonionic auxiliaries; the emulsion is stable and does not separate

· Minimal yellowing under high-temperature drying; little effect on the color of dyed fabrics

· Provides excellent softness even at low dosage

· Suitable for soft finishing of all types of fibers and their blends in yarns, fabrics, socks, garments, knitwear, etc.

· Optimal softness effect when the working solution pH is between 4.5–5.0

 [Dissolution Method]

Slowly sprinkle Softener flakes H802 into cold water at a ratio of 6–8% by weight. Stir for about 15–40 minutes until fully dissolved into a uniform emulsion. Filter the emulsion before use.

[Recommended Application Processes]

1. Padding Method

· Dosage: 6–8% Softener Flake H802 emulsion, 10–100 g/L

· Temperature: 30–50°C

· Padding method: One dip one nip or two dips two nips

2. Dipping Method

· Dosage: 6–8% Softener flakes H802 emulsion, 2–10% (on weight of fabric, o.w.f)

· Temperature: 30–50°C

· Time: 15–20 minutes

[Packaging and Storage]

· Packed in 25 kg bags

· Store in a cool, dry warehouse

· Avoid heavy pressure to prevent caking

· Shelf life: 1 year
