[Overview]

Low foam detergent H8404 is a primary alcobol ethoxylate compound that possesses excellent wetting, penetration, strong cleaning power, and nearly non-foaming propertie. It effectively prevents color spots from subsequent dyeing processes. It can be used in various fabric pre-treatment processes, such as desizing and soap washing, and is a new type of washing auxiliary agent.

[Scope of Application]

It is suitable for degreasing, scouring, and refining of cotton and cotton-blend fabrics, as well as chemical fiber fabrics before processing. It is suitable for dyeing, printing, and for denim washing to remove floating color.

[Application Process]

1. Recommended dosage:

Washing: 0.5–1 g/L            Degreasing: 0.5–1 g/L

Denim desizing: 0.5–1 g/L      Refining: 0.5–1 g/L

2. Treatment process: 50–98°C for 15–25 minutes

[Storage and Package]
1. Storage: Store in a cool, well-ventilated area in a sealed container. Shelf life: 12 months.

2. Packaging: Packaged in plastic drums, net weight 125 kg per drum.

3. Transportation: This product is classified as non-hazardous for transportation.
