1. Application

Silicone softener H8311 is a high-molecular-weight smooth-type softener synthesized from siloxane, polyamine, and polyether. It features a newly modified silicone chemical structure with multiple reactive functional groups. The product remains stable in working solutions without oil separation or sticky roller issues.

It is a weakly cationic softener and imparts excellent smoothness, softness, and elasticity to warp-knitted fabrics. It is suitable for polyester, polyester-cotton, cotton, synthetic fibers, blends, and non-woven fabrics. It can be used alone or compounded with nonionic or cationic softeners to achieve a soft, smooth, and elastic hand feel.

Pad-Dyeing Process Reference Formula

· Dosage: 10–50 g/L

· pH: 5.5–6.5

· Pick-up: 70–80%

· Method: One-dip-one-pad or two-dip-two-pad

· Bath Temperature: 20–30°C

Exhaust Method Reference Formula

· Dosage: 1–6% (owf)

· pH: 5–7

· Liquor Ratio: 1:10–20

· Time: 20–30 minutes

· Temperature: 30–35°C

5.Packaging and Storage

(1). Packaging: Plastic drum, available in 50, 120, or 200 kg per drum.

(2). Transport: Can be shipped as non-hazardous goods.

(3). Storage: Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. Shelf life is 6 months in the original container.

(4). Oil Separation: If oil separation is observed, stop use immediately and contact technical support.

(5). Precautions: Avoid contamination with heavy metal ions, strong acids, and strong alkalis.
