1. Product Introduction

This product is a linear polydimethylsiloxane fluid with trimethylsiloxane as the end group.

2. Performance:

Dimethylsilicone oil BH8012 has excellent heat resistance, oxidation resistance, and low temperature resistance, and can be used for a long time in the temperature range of -50 to 180 ℃; Strong shear resistance, with a high compressibility of over 20 times that of general mineral oil, making it an ideal liquid spring; Low temperature viscosity coefficient, low vapor pressure, low surface tension, good water addition and lubrication properties; Excellent electrical characteristics, high breakdown voltage resistance, arc resistance, corona resistance, and low dielectric loss; It also has advantages such as good transparency and no toxic effects on the human body.

3. Main use:

The excellent characteristics of this product have made it widely used in industries such as industrial and agricultural production, national defense, scientific research, and medical health. It is mainly used for electrical insulation, demolding, defoaming, damping and shock-absorbing, hydraulic pressure, dust prevention, waterproofing, and high and low temperature lubrication.

1. As a release agent. Widely used in plastic molding, rubber processing, metal casting, papermaking, glass products, fibers, food and other fields, it has the advantages of strong demolding ability, high surface accuracy of products, low dosage, multiple uses in one painting, safety, cleanliness, odorless, non-toxic, etc. Generally, the solution or lotion with the concentration of 0.5~2.5% is applied on the surface of the mold and can be used after heat treatment slightly higher than the molding processing temperature.

2. As an defoamer. It is the most widely used defoamer, with strong defoaming power, high temperature resistance, and non volatility. High chemical stability, non-toxic, safe, and widely used in petroleum, chemical, printing and dyeing, coatings, pharmaceuticals, leather making, fermentation, food and other fields. As long as 10-100PPM of this product is added, it has good defoaming effect.

3. As a lubricant. Suitable for lubricating rubber, plastic bearings, gears, and machinery and precision instruments under high and low temperature conditions. This product with special additives can also be used as a wear-resistant and extreme pressure resistant lubricant.

4. Use as a surface treatment agent. Apply about 10% solution or lotion of this product on the surface of glass, ceramics and metal, and then form a semi permanent waterproof, mildew proof and insulating film after heat treatment at 150~300 ℃. It can also be used for waterproofing treatment of paper, leather, building materials, and fabrics.

5. As an additive. Adding a small amount of this product to materials such as coatings, rubber, paraffin, and resins can significantly improve their waterproofing, brightness, oxidation resistance, and processing performance. For example, adding a small amount of this product to paint can prevent color floating and wrinkling, and improve the brightness of the paint film.
