[Performance and Characteristics]

1. This product is an oily substance that can be emulsified with our company's matching emulsifier under specific conditions to form a slightly blue light transparent liquid, which can then be used for fabric processing.

2. Treating fabrics with emulsified products can achieve excellent softness, elasticity and fluffiness, as well as good suspension and wrinkle recovery.

When emulsifying this product or using emulsified products, the utensils used must be clean, otherwise adverse effects may occur.

[Scope of Application]

Suitable for various fibers. Especially after finishing pure cotton, polyester/cotton, and wool fabrics.

Emulsification process

Crude oil, emulsifier → stir at low speed for 20 minutes → add water and stir for 10 minutes → add HAC once → stir for 10 minutes → add II water and stir for 20 minutes → add remaining water → add IIHAC → stir evenly until fluorescent blue transparent liquid is obtained

Packaging and Storage

110kg plastic bucket or 190kg iron bucket. Store in a cool and dry warehouse for one year.
