[Overview]

Bath lubricant H8409 is a compound mainly composed of high-molecular-weight organic compounds, which has excellent lubricity. It is a bath anti-wrinkle agent used in the wet processing of heavy, tightly woven fabrics and stretch fabrics.

[Properties and Advantages]

1. Bath softener can be applied to all types of dyeing machines, and fabrics can be used in pre-treatment, dyeing, and soap washing processes to effectively prevent wrinkles, creases, and “chicken claw marks.”

2. Used in the bath, it has excellent lubricity and softness, preventing wrinkles and creases caused by folding, knotting, and entanglement of lightweight fabrics, spandex-containing elastic fabrics, and heavy, tightly woven fabrics in the bath;

3. Reduces friction between fabrics and between fabrics and equipment to prevent fabric fuzzing and abrasion;

4. Improves fabric softness after processing without reducing the fabric’s hydrophilicity.
