Appearance: Clear, colorless liquid.

Applications: Suitable for all fiber types as an antimicrobial and bactericidal finishing agent; resistant to washing and dry cleaning.

[Applications]

Antibacterial agent H8921 is environmentally friendly and easily biodegradable. It can be added directly to the finishing bath.

Padding process:

30–60 g/l antibacterial agent H8921

pH 5–6

Padding rate: 60–70%

Dry under normal conditions at 170°C

Absorption process:

3–6% antibacterial agent H8921

pH 5–6

Temperature: 40–50°C

Duration: 15–30 minutes

No rinsing is required afterward; proceed directly to dewatering, followed by drying at temperatures below 170°C.

When used on polyester, the antibacterial agent H8921 can be applied during high-temperature dyeing at 130°C; however, it is essential to conduct preliminary testing, because H8921 may accelerate the dyeing process, resulting in darker colors. We recommend using the exhaust process on fabrics that will subsequently undergo fluorocarbon waterproofing treatment, because using it in the same bath as dyeing will not reduce the water-proofing effectiveness of the fluorocarbon compounds.

Storage: If stored long-term below 0°C or above 40°C, this product may thicken or become uneven. However, heating or cooling it to 20–25°C and stirring will not affect its usability. After use, tightly secure the container lid.

[Packaging, Storage, and Transportation]

1. Packaging: Packaged in plastic drums, net weight 120 kg per drum.

2. Storage: Store in a cool, well-ventilated area in a sealed container. Shelf life: 12 months.

3. Transportation: This product is classified as non-hazardous for transportation.
