Anti-back staining powder H8504 is a special polyester-based surfactant, specifically designed for post-stonewashing cleaning and anti-redisposition treatment in denim garments. It is suitable for synthetic fibers, denim, twill, knits, and blended fabrics to prevent cross-staining. It effectively prevents dye spots and staining of white backgrounds, and provides excellent floating dye removal and scouring effects. It is ideal for dyeing and washing processes to improve colorfastness and color brightness.

 [Application Features]
1. Used as a raw material for producing anti-staining agents and anti-stain scouring oils.

[Recommended Dosage]
 • 0.8% (based on fabric weight) gives a good anti-staining effect.
 • To prevent white base staining, use 1.0–2.0% (based on fabric weight).
 • Shows good affinity for nylon, polyester, and acrylic.

 Usage Instructions
 • Dosage: 0.8–2% (o.w.f)       • Time: 20–30 minutes

[To prepare anti-stain agent]
1. Heat 50% of the required water to 70–80°C and add to a mixer.
2. Gradually add the required amount of Anti Back Stain Powder H8504, stirring for 20–30 minutes until fully dissolved.
3. Add the remaining 50% cold water, stir for another 5 minutes to cool, and it's ready for use.

[To prepare anti-stain scouring oil]

1. Heat 50% of the required water to 70–80°C and add to a mixer.
2. Add the required amount of K8504 and stir for 20–30 minutes until fully dissolved.
3. Add surfactant and the remaining 50% cold water, stir for another 5 minutes to cool, and it's ready for use.

[Packaging, Storage, and Transportation]

1. Packaging: Packaged in plastic bags, net weight 25 kg per bag.

2. Storage: Store in a cool, well-ventilated area in a sealed container. Shelf life: 12 months.
