[Performance and Features]

1. Offers excellent anti-back staining performance, preventing indigo dye from re-adhering to the fabric, resulting in whiter pocket fabric and a more vivid blue-white contrast in denim.

2. Can be used in the same bath as enzyme powder or enzyme liquid, activating cellulase activity by 15%.

3. During desizing and enzymatic washing processes, it imparts excellent hydrophilicity and a smooth hand feel to denim and pocket fabrics, effectively reducing the amount of softener required in subsequent softening processes.

4. Suitable for both stretch and non-stretch denim; does not damage the fabric’s elasticity or cause spandex to lose its stretch.

5. Its nano-sized particles ensure more uniform adsorption on the fabric.

[Scope of Application]

Suitable for preventing the re-deposition of indigo dye during the desizing and enzymatic washing processes of denim.

Suitable for laundry and mercerizing plants.

[Usage Instructions]

Desizing and enzymatic washing dosage: 0.1–0.2% (o.w.f.), Temperature: 30–65°C, Bath ratio: 1:6–10, Time: 30–60 min

[Dilution Method]

Add 4 parts water to a container and begin stirring. Then add 1 part ASL-158 and stir for 20–30 minutes until the mixture is completely homogeneous.

[Packaging, Storage, and Transportation]

1. Packaging: Packaged in plastic drums, net weight 120 kg per drum.

2. Storage: Store in a cool, well-ventilated area in a sealed container. Shelf life: 12 months.

3. Transportation: This product is classified as non-hazardous for transportation.
