[Product Features]

1. Acid fixing agent H8705 is a specialized fixing agent for fibers dyed with anionic dyes (acid dyes, metal complex dyes), such as wool, nylon, silk, and leather. After treatment, the wash fastness and perspiration fastness of the dyed fabrics are significantly improved.

2. It has minimal impact on fabric color appearance and hand feel. Dyeing and fixation can be performed in a single bath, shortening the process flow. Another feature of this product is its excellent acid resistance, which facilitates chemical processing.

3. The fixing agent original solution does not contain formaldehyde or bisphenol S.

[Usage Instructions]

Used for fixation after dyeing with acid dye H8705 or metal complex dyes

Acid fixing agent H8705:

Light shades: 1–2% o.w.f.

Medium shades: 2–3% o.w.f.

Dark shades: 3–4% o.w.f.

Bath ratio: 1:10–15

Temperature & Time: 80°C × 20 min

1. Packaging: Packaged in plastic drums, net weight 120 kg per drum.

2. Storage: Store in a cool, well-ventilated area in a sealed container. Shelf life: 12 months.
