Acid enzyme liquid H8802 is a high-concentration, genetically modified cellulase enzyme. It is a storage-stable liquid enzyme preparation suitable for denim garment washing processes and biopolishing of other cellulose fabrics.

· Appearance: Amber-colored liquid

· pH Value: 4.5–5.0

· Specific Gravity: ≈ 1.1

[Application Characteristics]

· Provides bio-polishing, defuzzing, surface smoothing, and softening effects for various cellulose fabrics and garments.

· Compared to traditional acid cellulase, it shows lower back staining; improves contrast between white and blue yarns, and is less sensitive to temperature, suitable for use between 40°C–65°C.

· Offers distinctive finishing effects compared to conventional acid enzymes.

· When used in denim washing, requires less pumice stone, reducing fabric and equipment wear, minimizing stone dust handling, and increasing garment load per wash cycle.

[Recommended Process]

Note:

· Fabric must undergo thorough desizing before enzyme treatment.

· Nonionic or nonionic/anionic surfactants may enhance enzyme activity, but compatibility tests must be performed to ensure no negative impact on enzyme function or stability.

1. Process Conditions

· Dosage: 0.2–2.0% (on weight of fabric), depending on fabric structure and garment type

· Temperature: 55–65°C

· pH: 4.5–5.0

· Liquor Ratio: 1:5 to 1:15

· Treatment Time: 15–45 minutes (based on desired effect)

2. Usage Precautions

· A proper and complete desizing process is essential for good results.

· Once the desired effect is achieved, all cellulase enzymes must be deactivated. Incomplete deactivation can cause overexposure, leading to unnecessary fabric strength loss.

· Deactivation Method: Maintain the bath at pH > 9.0 or temperature > 80°C for 15 minutes. pH can be adjusted with soda ash or borax.

[Packaging, Storage, and Transportation]

1. Packaging: Packaged in plastic drums, net weight 30 kg per drum.

2. Storage: Store in a cool, well-ventilated area in a sealed container. Shelf life: 12 months.

3. Transportation: This product is classified as non-hazardous for transportation.
